    Mahogany Chicken Wings - Baked

    1 1/4 lbs chicken wings split and tips discarded
    3 tablespoons soy sauce plus 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
    3 tablespoons honey plus 1/2 teaspoon honey
    4 3/4 teaspoons molasses
    2 1/2 teaspoons chili sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 clove garlic finely chopped

    Recipe



    Place chicken in a shallow baking dish, arranging in a single layer.
    In a seperate bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, molasses, chile sauce, ground ginger and garlic.
    Pour the mixture over the chicken.
    Cover and refrigerate approximatly 1 hour, turning occasionaly.
    Preheat oven to 375.
    Bake in the preheated oven approximately 50 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
    Turn the chicken once.
    Brush chicken with remaining mixture during the cooking time if desired.
