Sesame Chicken Wings

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 green onions with tops,, sliced
1/2 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (up to 2 tbl)
1 dash pepper
2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
Recipe
In a large, resealable plastic bag or glass container, combine the first nine ingredients. Add chicken wings; coat well. Seal bag or cover; refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Transfer chicken to a shallow rack in a baking pan; discard marinade. Bake, uncovered, at 350¼F for 30 minutes. Turn and bake 20 minutes longer or until juices run clear. Yield: 6-8 appetizer servings
