    Habanero Hot Black Currant Wings

    List of Ingredients

    1 kg Chicken wings

    Marinade:
    * 3 dl Back currant syrup
    * 1 ,5 dl Cider vinegar
    * 1 dl Oil
    * 3/4 dl Soy sauce (Kikkoman or other Japanese)
    * 3 Tbsp Thyme, fresh (or substitute with 1 1/2 Tbsp dry thyme)
    * 1 tsp Habanero - fresh, pureed

    Recipe

    Mix the marinade and cover the wings with marinade. Marinate the wings for 6 - 12 hours. Grill the wings until the skin gets crispy but not burnt. Enjoy with or without your favorite dip.

    Freeze leftover marinade an use later for another batch of wings.
