    Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients

    18 chicken wings
    1 onion, chopped
    2/3 cup chopped green onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1-1/2 teaspoons salt
    1-1/2 teaspoons allspice
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 cup finely chopped jalapeño pepper
    1 teaspoon pepper
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    Disjoint chicken wings; discard tips.
    In a food processor, combine onion, green onions, garlic, thyme, salt, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, jalapeño pepper, pepper, soy sauce, and oil; process until smooth.
    In a 13x9-inch glass baking pan arrange chicken wings in one layer; spoon marinade over them, rubbing it in.  Cover; refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 450°F.  Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.  Spray broiler rack with non-stick vegetable spray; place over roasting pan.
    Arrange chicken wings on prepared rack; spoon marinade over them.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through.
