    Rosemary Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients

    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
    2 teaspoons dried rosemary
    1/2 cup lemonade
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    12 chicken wings
    Hot rice

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 425°F.  Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
    In a small saucepan, heat oil and butter until butter is melted.  Add green onions and rosemary; sauté for 3 minutes.  Add lemonade, salt, and pepper.  Simmer for 8 minutes or until slightly reduced and syrupy.  Cool slightly.

    Disjoint chicken wings; discard tips.  Arrange chicken wings in prepared baking pan; coat well with sauce.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve with hot rice.
