    San Antonio Style Chicken Wings

    12 chicken wings
    1 cup picante sauce
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    2/3 cup sour cream

    Recipe

    Disjoint chicken wings; discard tips. Arrange chicken in a 13x9-inch glass baking pan. In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup picante sauce, ketchup, honey, and cumin; pour over chicken.  Cover; refrigerate, turning once, for 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 375°F.  Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.  Spray a rack with non-stick vegetable spray; place over roasting pan. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.  Arrange on prepared rack.  Brush with reserved marinade. Bake, turning and basting chicken wings every 10 minutes, for 30 minutes or until tender.
