    Sesame Roasted Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients

    100 chicken wing
    1 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup ginger
    2 tablespoons sesame oil
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    2 tablespoons crushed red chiles
    1 teaspoon pepper
    3/4 cup dry white wine
    3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    4 cups sesame seeds

    Recipe

    Remove tips and reserve for another use. Combine chicken, soy, scallions, ginger, sesame oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, pepper, wine, and vinegar - mix well. Cover and chill for 2-48 hours. Remove chicken to drain, discarding marinade. Coat wings evenly with sesame seeds, then place onto a shallow baking pan. Roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until done; serve hot
