    Beef: Beef Hash

    List of Ingredients

    2 cup cut-up cooked beef - (to 3 cups)
    (cubed stew beef works well for this)
    2 pkt frozen hash brown potatoes - (10 oz ea) thawed
    1 onion finely chopped
    1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
    1 cup gravy or beef broth
    Salt to taste
    Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Place all ingredients in crock-pot. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours (on HIGH setting for 2 to 3 hours). This recipe yields 4 servings (about 1 1/2 quarts). Double the recipe for a 5-quart crockpot.
