Beef: Beef in Wine Sauce

List of Ingredients

1 package onion soup mix
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 cup red wine
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 pounds beef stew meat


Recipe

Mix all ingredients except meat. Place meat in Dutch oven or crockpot. Pour sauce over meat and mix well. Bake at 350ºFfor 3 hours or cook in a crockpot for 10-12 hours.
