    Beef: Burrito Beef

    List of Ingredients

    inexpensive cut of beef
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 jar salsa or picante
    flour tortillas
    grated cheddar cheese

    Recipe

    Take an inexpensive cut of beef and trim the excess fat. Place in the crockpot and cook on low overnight. In the morning, shred the beef with a fork. Then add one small can of tomato sauce and a jar of salsa or picante sauce. Mix well and continue to cook on low for the rest of the day. Serve with warm tortillas and various condiments such as grated cheese, chopped onions, shredded lettuce and anything else you may want to add to your burrito. For another variation, cook the beef in the same manner, but instead of adding the tomato sauce and salsa, add your favorite barbeque sauce and serve with rolls for sandwiches.
