    Misc: Caramelized Onions

    6 large onions or enough to make about 6 cups sliced
    2 Tbsp olive oil

    Recipe

    Slice the onions (peeled) 1/4 inch thick and put them in a crockpot. Drizzle the olive oil over, cover and set the cooker on high for 8-10 hours.
