1 Lb Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
16 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
1 package onion dip mix
1 can 98% fat free condennsed cream of mushroom soup
16 oz fat free sour cream
Fat Free Pam Spray
2 Ounces dry (1 cup cooked) egg noodles (if desired)Recipe
Pam the inside of your crockpot. Add 1 lb frozen chicken breast. Mix together f.f. sour cream, onion mix and f.f. cream of mushroom soup, put on top of chicken breast. Top mixture with fresh mushrooms; cover and cook on low in crock pot for 7-8 hours.
Special Notes Each Serving without the egg noodles is 4 points Adding noodles is another 4 points, to make an 8 point meal.
This meal is very filling...perfect for make ahead meals for the week!
