    Pork/Ham: Crockpot BBQ Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients

    2 lb pork chops -- (2 to 4)
    1 bottle BBQ sauce
    4 carrots -- (4 to 5)

    Recipe

    Slice carrots very thinly. Place in bottom of crockpot. Layer pork chops with BBQ between layers. Pour rest of sauce in. Cook on low 8 hours.
