    Beef: Crockpot Brisket

    List of Ingredients

    1 trimmed brisket
    1 package onion soup mix
    1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
    1 teaspoon Greek seasoning

    Recipe

    Rinse Brisket with warm water & dry. Wrap with foil leaving enough to entirely cover brisket. Mix together remaining ingredients except water. Spread seasoning mixture on both sides of prepared brisket. Let marinate in refrigerator overnight. Place foil wrapped brisket in Crock Pot. Cook on Low heat 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours. Slice.
