    Sandwich: Crockpot Ham Rolls

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups finely chopped cooked ham
    2 hard cooked eggs
    2 tablespoons minced green onion
    2 tablespoons chopped ripe olives
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
    1/2 cup small cubes cheddar cheese
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    6 large French rolls

    Recipe

    Combine ham with eggs, onion, olives, mustard, relish, cheese, and mayonnaise. Cutoff tops or one end of roll, scoop out most of soft center. Fill with ham mixture. Replace top or end of roll. Place filled rolls in slow cooking pot. Cover and heat, low for 2 to 3 hours. Rolls may be kept hot and served from the pot.
