Meatball: Crockpot Oriental Meatballs

List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash ground oregano
1 6 ounces can chunk pineapple, undrained
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
Recipe
Combine first nine ingredients, mix well and shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in hot shortning in skillet over med. heat(hint...I have put them on a greased cookie sheet and pop in the oven..less mess) drain well. Drain pineapple, saving juice and add enough water to make 1/3 cup of liquid. Combine 1/3 cup liquid , sugar, vinegar, cornstarch and dark soy sauce in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Add pineapple and meatballs, stir to coat. Put in crock pot to keep them warm.
