Crockpot Soup: Chuck's Crockpot Bean Soup

List of Ingredients
2 Cans Whole Tomatoes -- 16oz ea
1 Large Canned Chicken Broth
2 Cups Water
1 Cup White wine
3 Medium Onions -- diced
4 Carrots -- sliced
3 Celery Ribs -- chopped
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ground pepper
2 Teaspoons Paprika
2 Teaspoons Parsley -- chopped
1/2 Smoked butt -- or
2 Cups Ham -- cubed
16 Oz Dried beans Presoaked/Rinsed/ Drained
Recipe
Soak beans overnight, drain, rinse and drain again. (hint: you can shorten time by covering beans with 6-8 c. water and covering with vented plastic wrap - cook in microwave 10 minutes - let sit on counter 1 hour) Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook 3-4 hours on high or all day on low.
