    Crockpot Soup: Corn & Potato Chowder

    List of Ingredients




    6 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
    4 potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 16 ounce can cream corn
    2 cans chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1 tall can evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Fry bacon crisp & crumble (fine). Combine all ingredients (except milk). Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours. Add milk and cook covered for 1 hour. Serve with crackers of choice or Jalapeno cornbread.
