    List of Ingredients




    1 cup lentils
    7 cups water
    4 cups chopped kale or spinach leaves torn into 1/2" strips
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped (or use celery salt)
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium carrot, chopped
    3 tablespoons chopped parsley
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
    2 tablespoons soy sauce or Worcestershire
    1 pinch peper

    Recipe



    Place the ingredients in a crockpot. Turn to low if leaving it for a long while.
