Beef: Easy BBQ Beef

2 pounds beef brisket -- can use 3 pound
8 boiling onions
2 carrot
2 potatoes
1 jar spaghetti sauce -- extra thick
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder and celery salt on both sides of brisket. Put in fridge overnight, covered. The next day put in slow cooker with onion, carrot (cut into 1" pieces), and quartered potatoes. In bowl, combine spaghetti and bbq sauce, brown sugar and salt. Pour over meat and veggies. Cook 8-10 hours on low, or 5-6 hours on medium in crockpot. Serve thin sliced meat arranged on platter with veggies. Top with sauce. Serves 6.
