Stew: Five Hour Beef Stew

2 pounds cubed stew beef
6 carrot, cut into pieces
4 onions, quartered
1 cup celery, in pieces
4 potatos, quartered
1 large can tomatoes
3 tablespoons minute tapioca
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme
Recipe
Mix everything together. Place in large crockpot, cover, and cook on high for 5 hours. Do not take the lid off until done. Veggies should be left in good sized pieces.
