1 jar apricot jam
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
3 pounds chicken pieces (thighs or breast)
Recipe
Combine first three ingredients. Mix in chicken. Place in crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 5 hours. Serve over rice. Can be frozen once it has cooked; defrosts well in the microwave.
