    Beef: Great Crockpot Sirloin Tips

    List of Ingredients

    3 to 4 pound beef roast, cubed
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    sliced mushrooms
    pearl onions (optional)

    Recipe

    Toss everything into a crock pot, and cook away. Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
