Beef: Ground Beef Stroganoff Crock-Pot

2 pounds extra lean ground beef
2 medium onions -- chopped
2 cloves garlic -- minced
4 ounces mushrooms, canned -- sliced, drained
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup beef bouillon
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup sour cream, light -- mixed with flour
2 tablespoons flour
Recipe
Brown ground beef in large skillet; add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Saute until onion is golden brown. Drain if necessary, blot. Put in crock-pot with all remaining ingredients except sour cream mixed with flour. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours. (High: 3 hours). Stir in sour cream 1 hour before serving. Serve over hot noodles.
