Chicken: Lemon Garlic Crockpot Chicken 2

2 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless, boneless
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
SAUCE:
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chicken bouillion granules
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
Recipe
Rinse and pat chicken dry. In small bowl combine spices. Rub mixture into chicken, using all of spices. In large skillet over medium heat, brown chicken in 2 tbl. butter or margarine. Transfer chicken to crockpot. To skillet add water, lemon juce, garlic, chicken bouillion. Stirring over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil, loosening browned bits from bottom of skillet. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3 hours or on low for 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is almost tender. Add 1 tsp. minced fresh parsley. Baste chicken while you stir in the parsley. Cover and cook on high for 15 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices from chicken run clear.
