    Chicken: Peach Sweet & Sour Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    3 lb chicken (or chicken breasts) cut up
    1/2 cup peach preserves
    1/2 cup Catalina salad dressing
    1 pkt dry onion soup mix

    Recipe

    Place chicken in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low heat 6 - 8 hours. May serve with rice.
