Pork/Ham: Teriyaki Pork Roast

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, fine chopped
2 garlic cloves, peeled
12 ounces apple juice concentrate
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
Recipe
Mix ingredients well. Pour half into crock pot. Put 3-4 lb. pork roast on top of liquid. Pour rest of liquid over roast. Cook on low 6-8 hours. When it's finished, you can strain the liquid to make a sauce/gravy for the roast. I serve the roast and sauce/gravy with rice.
