    potatoes
    sour cream
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    crisply cooked bacon crumbs

    Recipe



    Boil or bake potatoes until cooked through. Cut in halves or quarters depending on size. Scoop out center (potato skins can be frozen at this time for future use). Fry skins in deep fryer until golden. Top with shredded cheese and bacon. Top with sour cream also, if desired.
