Fried Stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb. button mushrooms
1/2 lb. crab meat
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 small can cream
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
1 dash salt
all-purpose flour

Cook crab meat and cheese over low heat until all cheese is melted. Meanwhile, wash mushrooms and remove stems. Stuff mushrooms with crab mixture. Make batter with egg, cream, salt and generous sprinkles of the Creole seasoning. Pass mushrooms in batter, then in flour. Fry in deep fryer (350 degrees) until golden brown. Makes about 20 mushrooms.
