Herbed Zucchini Spears

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. oil
cooking oil (for deep fat frying)
3 medium zucchini (cut into 1/2 inch julienne strips) Recipe
In bowl stir together flour, seasoned salt, onion salt, Italian seasoning and seasoned pepper. Combine egg, water and oil; gradually add flour mixture beating until smooth. In deep fryer or wok heat 1 1/2 inches of cooking oil to 375 degrees. Dip zucchini pieces into flour mixture; fry several spears at a time in hot oil 4 to 5 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towel. Serve at once. Makes 6 servings.
