    1 c. cornmeal
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. wieners

    Recipe



    Dip wieners in water; then dip in 1 cup flour. Dip in cornmeal mixture. Fry in deep fryer or skillet with shortening to cover. Fry until brown.
