    Ravioli with Marinara Dip

    1/4 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    24 bite-size cheese filled ravioli
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 qt. oil for frying
    1 jar marinara sauce (16 oz.)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Combine milk and eggs mixture and then roll each ravioli into egg mixture and then in bread crumbs until completely covered. Heat oil in deep fryer or large saucepan. Deep fry 6 to 8 ravioli at a time for about 2 minutes, just until they turn golden brown and rise to surface of oil. Remove ravioli with slotted spoon onto paper towels. While ravioli cooks, heat marinara sauce. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve sauce as a dip.
