Sauerkraut Balls

1/4 lb. sausage
1/4 lb. ground ham
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can kraut drained and chopped
1 c. milk Recipe
Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Prepare an assembly line, consisting of one square of waxed paper with about a cup of flour; one shallow bowl with one egg, beaten slightly and mixed with 1 tablespoon water; one square of waxed paper with about a cup of fine bread crumbs. Dip each sausage ball into flour, then egg, then crumbs. Let set at least an hour so that crumbs will adhere to sausage balls. Heat 2 cups oil (preferably peanut oil) in deep fryer; fry at 375 degrees until meat is cooked through and outside is brown. Drain on brown paper.
