Vegetables 'n Beer Batter

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. beer
zucchini
mushrooms
onion
green pepper

Thoroughly combine flour and beer in a large bowl. Cover and allow batter to set at room temperature for 3 hours or longer. Peel zucchini, eggplant and onion. Cut into thin slices. Separate onion slices into rings. Clean mushrooms and green pepper. Slice green pepper into thin rings. Dip vegetables in batter and place 3 or 4 pieces in deep fryer. Fry 2 minutes or until golden brown. To keep crisp and warm, place on paper toweled baking sheet. Place in preheated 200 degrees oven.
