Venison a la Pot

2 lb. deer meat
3 c. milk
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste Recipe
Cut deer meat into strips about 5 inches long and 2 inches wide. Tenderize meat using a meat pounder. (Pound until it is flat.) Then soak strips in mixture of milk, eggs and spices for 3 hours. Next place strips in a mixture of flour. Salt and pepper to taste may be added. Fry in a deep fryer until meat is golden brown.
