What could be better than apples under a crisp, butter and caramel topping? Luscious on a chilly night with a little cream or ice cream.
List of Ingredients
2 cups apples peeled, cored, and sliced 1/8 inch thick
1/2-cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2-cup quick cooking oatmeal
1/4-cup butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4-teaspoon cinnamonRecipe
Grease an 8" round cake layer pan. Place sliced apples in the cake pan. In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oatmeal and softened butter until well mixed. Set aside. In a small dish mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the apples. Pat the oatmeal mixture on top. Place on the 1" rack and InfraCook on Power Level 5 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until apples are tender and bubbly.
