4 eggs
4 tablespoons half and half, table or whipping cream

Spray a custard cup or 3" ramekin with cooking spray. Break an egg into each cup. Pour a tablespoon of cream in each. Salt and pepper the eggs. Spread each side of the bread rounds thinly with butter and place one on each egg. Place ramekins on the liner tray and InfraCook on HI for 10 to 12 minutes. The egg white is the sign of doneness: lift the toast lid and check the bottom part of one ramekin.
Variation:
Line the ramekin with a slice of Swiss cheese before breaking in the egg. Sprinkle the top with tarragon. In a ramekin 4" to 6" diameter, place 2 brown-and-serve sausages. In the middle break 1 or 2 eggs, depending on the size ramekin. Add cream, chives and a toast top large enough to cover the dish.
