Baked Layered Nacho Dip

List of Ingredients
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans (regular or fat-free)
1 can (7 ounces) chopped green chiles
6 green onions including tops, chopped
3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup Monterey jack cheese, grated
1 can (2 1/2 ounces) sliced black olives, drained
Salsa, to taste
Sour cream, to tasteRecipe
In a shallow 9" round casserole, layer the beans, chopped green chiles, green onions, Cheddar Cheese, Monterey jack cheese, and olives. Place on the 1" rack and InfraCook on Power Level 6 for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with spoonfuls of salsa and sour cream, to taste. Serve warm with a basket of tortilla chips for dipping.
Yield: 10 to 12 servings
