Recipe Introduction
"Not as rich as the traditional fried sandwich, but still oozing with flavor. This recipe gives the amount for 1 sandwich. Multiply to make as many sandwiches as you like."

Butter, softened
2 slices rye bread
1 ounce thinly sliced corned beef
1/4-cup sauerkraut, well rinsed and squeezed dry
1 slice Swiss or Gruyere cheese
1 tablespoon thousand island dressingRecipe
Lightly butter one side of both slices of rye bread. On the unbuttered side, place corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Spread with dressing. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up. Place directly on the 4" rack and InfraCook on HI for 7 minutes or until the top is slightly toasted and the cheese is melted.
