    "Use this wonderful recipe as a guide to cooking fish fillets. Don't be put off because the recipe looks so simple. It's quite delicious and in no need of gilding."

    List of Ingredients




    4 fillets of sole or flounder
    2 to 4 tablespoons butter
    Salt, to taste
    Lemon pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Place the fish fillets directly on the 4" rack. Dot it with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. InfraCook on HI for 5 to 7 minutes or until the fish has turned opaque (be careful not to overcook).
    Yield: 4 servings
