List of Ingredients
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
1/2 package (18 ounce) yellow cake mix
1/2-cup soft butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Vanilla ice cream, as a toppingRecipe
Grease an 8" square pan. Pour the pie filling into it. In a bowl, using your fingers or a pastry blender, mix the cake mix with the soft butter. Pat this on top of the pie filling. Sprinkle with pecans. InfraCook on the 1" rack on Power Level 5 for 45 minutes or until top is brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
