Chicken Thighs in Chili Sauce

List of Ingredients
4 skinless chicken thighs
Seasoned salt, to taste
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced
Italian stewed tomatoes
1-teaspoon sugar
1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
4 slices Cheddar or American cheeseRecipe
Sprinkle chicken all over with seasoned salt. Place in a single layer in an ungreased, shallow 8" square or 9" round baking dish. Stir sugar into tomatoes and pour over chicken. Place the dish on the liner tray and InfraCook on HI for 15 minutes. Turn the chicken pieces over, and InfraCook 15 minutes more or until chicken is done. Spoon the chili over the chicken and Infracook on HI until chili is bubbling, about 10 minutes. Top each thigh with a slice of cheese and InfraCook on HI until the cheese melts, 2 to 3 minutes.
