Chicken & Rice Casserole

1. I cooked 2 frozen chicken breasts in the flavor wave as per instructions (20+ minutes, turn over part-way through).
2. In a pot I mixed in the following ingredients:
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups of water
- 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- some chicken bouillon (to add some chicken flavor).
3. Bring pot to boil and simmer covered for 20 minutes until rice is cooked (I stirred it periodically to ensure that the rice mixture wouldn't stick to the bottom of the pot).
4. When the chicken was done I cut it up in bite size pieces and put on 2 individual dinner plates.
5. I added some cooked frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, green beans, carrots) on top of the chicken.
6. Then I added the cooked saucy rice mixture on top of the chicken.
