Classic Meat Loaf

Recipe Introduction
This is a lovely moist loaf, wonderful for dinner with mashed potatoes and a salad, fantastic the next day cold in sandwiches.
List of Ingredients
3 cups (1 1/2 pounds) ground beef or a combination of beef, pork, veal or turkey
3/4-cup fine dry breadcrumbs
1 egg
3/4 milk
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1-tablespoon catsup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8-teaspoon thyme, tarragon or any herbRecipe
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, mustard, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and herbs. Using damp hands, pat into a loaf shape in a loaf pan and place on the 1" rack. InfraCook on Power Level 5 for 50 minutes, or until a meat thermometer registers an internal temperature of 160¡.
