    "Serve this moist, puffy cornbread with a slice of ham and crisp green salad. You can add 3/4 cup coarsely shredded cheese for a change now and then, but it's luscious just as it stands."

    List of Ingredients




    1 package (8 1/2 ounces) corn muffin mix
    1 can (8 ounces) cream style corn
    1/2-cup butter, melted
    2 large eggs

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl stir together all ingredients and pour into a shallow, greased 9" pie plate. Place on the liner pan and InfraCook on Power Level 5 power for 30 minutes or until it tests done.
    Yield: 12 servings
