    Frozen Beef Brisket

    List of Ingredients




    2-3 pound frozen brisket
    6 bay leaves
    10 large cloves garlic
    2 tablespoons turmeric
    1 cup beef stock
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Place everything in a plastic cooking bag and lay on the cooking rack in the high position. Cook on high for 1-1/2 hours. Carefully turn the bag and cook for an additional 60 minutes.

    Note: the instructions on the cooking bags tell you to make slits in the bag before cooking. Don�t do this because then you can�t turn the bag over. Just gather the open end of the bag and leave a thumb size opening and tie with string or the ties provided.
