"Each one of these little cannonballs makes a perfect meal for one person. Cook 1-4 hens depending on how many are coming to dinner. Since these birds are frozen you canÕt stuff them before you cook them. If you want to serve stuffing make it on the stove or in the microwave and serve with the hens."
List of Ingredients
1-4, 1 pound each, Cornish hens
vegetable oil spray
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Remove the packaging and place the hens on the cooking rack in the high position. Cook on high for 30 minutes. Pry open the cavities and remove the giblets. Spray with oil and season, inside and out and replace on the rack, breast side up. Cook 30 minutes or to an internal temperature of 165¼F.
