Remove the packaging and place the bird, breast side down on the cooking rack in the low position. Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes on high power. Pry open the cavity and remove the giblets, neck, and orange sauce. Place the bird back on the cooking rack, breast side up, and cook for another 40 minutes. Near the end of the cooking, heat the orange sauce until bubbling. Transfer the cooked duck to a serving platter and pour the sauce over.
