4 pound frozen pork loin roast with or without bones
vegetable oil spray
6 cloves, garlic, slivered
2 tablespoons dried Italian herb blend
salt and lemon pepper to tasteRecipe
Place the roast, fat side down, on the cooking rack in the low position and cook on high for 40 minutes. Turn the meat over and insert the garlic under the fat evenly over surface. Spray with the oil and coat with the herbs and salt and pepper. Cook on high power for 40-50 minutes or to an internal temperature of 160¼F.
