Frozen Pot Roast

2.5 pounds, frozen, beef chuck roast (7 bone)
1 can (14 ounces) stewed tomatoes
2 carrots, sliced
1 large yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Italian style dried herbs
4 cloves garlic, mincedRecipe
Place everything in a plastic cooking bag and lay on the cooking rack in the high position. Cook for 1 hour on high. Carefully turn the bag over and cook for an additional30-45 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Note: the instructions on the cooking bags tell you to make slits in the bag before cooking. DonÕt do this because then you canÕt turn the bag over. Just gather the open end of the bag and leave a thumb size opening and tie with string or the ties provided.
