Frozen Pot Roast

2.5 pounds, frozen, beef chuck roast (7 bone)
1 can (14 ounces) stewed tomatoes
2 carrots, sliced
1 large yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Italian style dried herbs
4 cloves garlic, mincedRecipe
Place everything in a plastic cooking bag and lay on the cooking rack in the high position. Cook for 1 hour on high. Carefully turn the bag over and cook for an additional30-45 minutes or until the meat is tender.
Note: the instructions on the cooking bags tell you to make slits in the bag before cooking. Don�t do this because then you can�t turn the bag over. Just gather the open end of the bag and leave a thumb size opening and tie with string or the ties provided.
